This self-unloading drainage shelter adopts a 12V DC electric self-loading and unloading system, with loading and unloading time within 180 seconds. It is equipped with four remotely controllable lifting support legs and features automatic leveling detection. The device will automatically trigger an alarm and shut down for protection once unbalance occurs. The whole unit can be transported and operated on site aboard multi-purpose trucks. As a trailer-mounted explosion-proof diesel pump unit with self-loading system, it allows flexible configuration of portable submersible pumps according to actual flow and head requirements.

A: Large heavy equipment is usually over-length, over-width or over-weight, which cannot be loaded into standard containers. We provide professional shipping methods such as flat rack container, open top container, breakbulk vessel and ro-ro shipping. Professional cargo reinforcement, rust prevention and fumigation packaging will be arranged to ensure safe long-distance sea transportation.

Q2: What core documents are required for customs declaration and export clearance?

A: The essential documents include commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, customs declaration form and certificate of origin. For special or used equipment, additional documents such as inspection reports, equipment parameter sheets and import permits are required. For certain markets, embassy certification and pre-clearance documents are also needed.

Q3: How to provide installation and after-sales service for overseas customers?

A: We supply complete English operation manuals, installation guides and maintenance video tutorials. Remote online debugging and technical support are available 24/7. On-site engineer service and local staff training can be arranged upon request. Spare wearing parts will be delivered together for timely replacement.

A: Different regions have independent import regulations. CE certification is mandatory for the EU market, SABER for Middle East countries, and energy efficiency & safety certificates for Southeast Asia and American markets.
