1. It features powerful self-priming performance. No pre-watering in the pump cavity or foot valve is required before startup, and water can be self-primed immediately after transmission. Equipped with a diesel engine and mobile trailer chassis, it serves as an emergency flood drainage device, widely used in flood control and rescue, urban waterlogging treatment, fire emergency rescue, farmland irrigation and other scenarios.
2.Built-in vacuum auxiliary system shortens the self-priming time and greatly improves drainage efficiency. Meanwhile, it owns outstanding durability, operational stability, practicality and cost-effectiveness.
3.The PV series self-priming pump is equipped with a vacuum auxiliary system, realizing one-key start and automatic water suction for simple and convenient operation.
4.The uniquely designed mechanical seal enables the pump to run dry with strong wear resistance.
5.The newly designed gas-liquid separation tank adopts an integrated structure with built-in mechanical float valve and monitoring sensor, which greatly improves equipment reliability. When the water level in the separation tank reaches the set value, the mechanical float valve will close automatically by buoyancy to prevent water from entering the vacuum pump for double protection. An additional gas-water separator is installed on the external pipeline to effectively block water vapor and avoid vacuum pump component damage.
